［一窺瑞典代表企業IKEA總部]
由於這學期其中一門課程與IKEA合作一起研究如何創造嶄新的顧客體驗，我們受邀前往IKEA在瑞典的總部進行期末報告，能有機會一窺瑞典代表性企業的總部很令人興奮，整體辦公環境明亮且令人放鬆，隨處有自由取用的咖啡、水果、點心，可以看到員工自在地在各個精心設計的空間揮發創意，作為以創新聞名的企業，從辦公環境上就能看到為員工創造釋放創意的用心，收穫良多，但同時也不禁想像在這個員工福利如此優質的企業甚至是國家裡工作的美好願景，於此，第一個學期劃下完美句點，是時候好好慶祝聖誕節了！🎄
As a final task in the first semester, we have been invited to give our presentation at IKEA HQ. The environment is simply so nice. You can see they are into creating open and cozy work place that allows employees wield freely their creativity and productivity. A beautiful imagination that working in this country where employees are so well valued come to my mind. With this, the first semester ends perfectly. Time to celebrate Christmas!
